Naturopathy is based on the ability of self healing of the human body through a vital energy that guides the internal process of body. Naturapaths aim is to prevent any disease and illness by reducing the stress and changing the diet and lifestyle by avoiding evidence-based medicine. Naturopathy promotes healthy living and a drugless lifestyle.
